This is an early stage environment with a ton of autonomy to do your best work. The best part is the talent/culture. Everyone here is operating at an incredibly high-level, yet the culture remains remarkably low-ego and collaborative. Working at Scribe means building or supporting products that users genuinely obsess over. The product-market fit is undeniable. Scribe is easily the most exciting place I’ve ever worked.

Things change quickly as we move at a fast pace. Processes are being built as we scale so if you need a highly structured environment, you won’t thrive here.

-Definitely underpaid, and benefits are lacking. Becoming harder to hit quota. We've grown a lot, and upside isn't there like it was. I constantly get messages from recruiters, and it feels like we're non-competitive compared to other opportunities at similar-sized companies -Lack of training - have a lot of autonomy here, but limited onboarding or structured avenues to grow -Don't always feel my voice is heard by execs or like I can speak up -Very competitive market and feels like we aren't doing enough to get ahead -Lots of turnover. Many of the early employees have left, and shifts in leadership lately
