      Pros

      I lucked out because the physician I was paired with was very professional and such a kind, patient person. It was easy to check in and out, and onboarding process was surprisingly smooth considering that it's such a huge company.

      Cons

      Experience can vary depending on where you get placed - you don't know where you're placed until you've been hired.
