I enjoyed my experience with ScribeAmerica. It's a great way to get clinical experience for those new to the field; I'd recommend this job wholeheartedly.

Cons

Scribing is very fast-paced and there is a definite learning curve. Online training was not very reflective of what is expected on the job and some online trainers were punitive to an excess. Floor training was great and the floor trainers were fantastic. Hours can be difficult; expect some overnights. Most of the staff are students so there is a lot of turnover. Pay is less than it should be; even the physicians take note of this.
