Pros

- flexible - learning opportunity - learned ALOTT (but also couldn’t talk to physicians much as they were very busy)

Cons

- felt ‘alone’- only one scribe per shift - wished there was better team bonding - hard to take time off if I was on break for school and wanted to visit family
