Pros
Because they are corporate, there are a bunch of employment locations, especially if you live in the city. You also have options as to what kind of specialty you want to work for, such as primary care versus emergency room.
Cons
Getting a full time schedule, unless you are Chief Scribe (and even then) will not happen. This means they don't have to pay you overtime or for any benefits, like health insurance. If you are a college student, its not so bad because you can have a flexible schedule and likely have other sources for the benefits (such as parents). But it is really not a viable option for a job past that, unless you're independently wealthy. Also, lots of turnover, especially in management (chief scribes), which leads to inconsistency.
