Pros
getting good experience you'll never be able to get anywhere else.
Cons
Pay is good but depending on location. my location is Minot, ND we get paid $14 whereas in some places you get paid minimum wage of about $9-$9.25 Also some doctors can be rude and condescending. i am glad my hospital has the best mannered, nice and humble doctors. i am truly blessed
