      Pros

      Good experience for recent grads who are looking to go into medicine.

      Cons

      Rough hours and low pay make the job tough. Some days are great but others not so much depending on the physician that you have for that shift.

      Application was easy to access on the phone and laptop. I loved how the interview was a recorded video made things less nerve racking.

      Not being able to talk to someone face to face about the job

      It was a valuable experience that set me up to pursure higher education.

      Cons

      At the time I was starting at the company there was a lot of turnover which caused multiple issues with onboarding.
