      this job is really good experience before medical/PA/dental/related school. learn a lot of in field medical terminology and how to chart which is marketable for those types of jobs'

      Cons

      it is a poor paying position with no opportunity for advancement. Depending on the location of the job (not always ER) there can be bad hours sometimes (overnights, 12 hour days, etc)

      Application was easy to access on the phone and laptop. I loved how the interview was a recorded video made things less nerve racking.

      Not being able to talk to someone face to face about the job

      Pros

      It was a valuable experience that set me up to pursure higher education.

      Cons

      At the time I was starting at the company there was a lot of turnover which caused multiple issues with onboarding.
