      Pros

      Good experience for pre-med students or for people who are considering medicine- you'll get a good idea about what it's like to be a physician/PA after working with them as a scribe because you're basically their right hand man/woman

      Cons

      Low pay ($8/hr). It's basically slave labor; only do it if you are thinking about a career in medicine and want to learn more about it before making the commitment to med school
