Pros

Make your own hours Great connections with clients that can be used later on down the road.

Cons

Pay is low for the number of hours you put in. Senior management is disorganized Minimal mentoring from senior management Your opinion is nonexistence when it comes to managing your sites, everything is left up to your Regional President. None of the senior management team is receptive to what is going on at the ground level. Overall, is a pretty miserable company to work for with no room for your own growth only what your manager wants. My manager once said she liked another team member because they "thought like her". This is a terrible way to think and to run a team. It does not allow for the growth of a person or their team due to the regressive thinking that the majority of these Senior managers think.
