Pros
I loved the fact that I could see so much. During my time there I was able to learn a lot more about illnesses and signs and symptoms that carried on into my regular life. I've seen everything from real trauma alerts to "I'm constipated "which surprisingly, we got a lot of.
Cons
I did not like the fact that my training was so short. I'm guessing this was because we were so short staffed. However, it didn't help that some of the doctors were very impatient with us and expected us to just know everything about everything. It became even more problematic when each doctor had their specific style of documenting that you had to know and adjust to. They don't always tell you that they have a specific way to do things either. Which leaves you getting complained about. I didn't hate the job.
