Pros
There are a lot of great people who work here. They genuinely care about employees and want them to succeed and grow within the company. They have better than average benefits. In the marketing department, they were open to new ideas and concepts.
Cons
There is an obvious disconnect between mid-level management and upper management. The company structure seemed disorganized at times, which made it difficult to get projects completed.
