Pros
The medical experience is great, especially if you plan on going into human med, dental, or even vet med.
Cons
The training process is horrible. They expect you to know how to use multiple systems/programs in depth within just a matter of a few days. If you need extra training, there's no guarantee you'll receive it. It's up to your trainer (ambassador). Even if you may need more training, but they feel that you're still behind, they will dismiss you from your position. Also, the pay is horrible. Being required to know a variety of medical terminology, phrases and medication and only being paid $11/hr. If you want extra pocket change this might be for you, but if you're trying to make a living, look for a real steady job.
