      Pros

      Experience, friends, coworkers, etc. I loved working with the doctors. The doctors at Norwalk are amazing, LOVE to teach, and value the work we do.

      Cons

      Unfair pay, crazy hours. You will be scheduled for an overnight, and then come in at 8am the following morning. Evening and nights people need to do those shifts, and morning and day people need to do those. It needs to be fair. People need to sleep. I loved nights and was comfortable doing only nights, but would not take a 6am shift after working several overnights in a row.

      It was a valuable experience that set me up to pursure higher education.

      At the time I was starting at the company there was a lot of turnover which caused multiple issues with onboarding.

      I believe there's flexibility in some hours. Paid training.

      Cons

      My onboarding process has taken over 2 months and I've only clocked in for mandatory trainings with little to no communication from managers or hiring staff. $10 an hour.
