      Pros

      Working directly with Drs, PAs, NPs, nurses etc. has been super helpful for my career exploration You get to work with a variety of providers so you can hear many different perspectives Little formal experience required to get the role

      Cons

      Terrible Pay Long shift hours are hard to fit in a busy schedule Inconsistent scheduling can make it hard to hold another part time job They do NOT PAY ENOUGH AT ALL make about $10 an hour more from the hospital than they pay the scribe. Onboarding/Training took forever and only prepared me minmally for the challenges of the job

      Pros

      Application was easy to access on the phone and laptop. I loved how the interview was a recorded video made things less nerve racking.

      Not being able to talk to someone face to face about the job

      Pros

      It was a valuable experience that set me up to pursure higher education.

      Cons

      At the time I was starting at the company there was a lot of turnover which caused multiple issues with onboarding.
