      Pros

      Flexibility. Easy to get hired. Great entry level position to new healthcare workers. Work directly with doctors.

      Cons

      Company does not care for their employees. Random pay cuts. Benefits like PTO is removed. And asked to work 24-7 as a manager without the pay

      Pros

      Application was easy to access on the phone and laptop. I loved how the interview was a recorded video made things less nerve racking.

      Not being able to talk to someone face to face about the job

      Pros

      It was a valuable experience that set me up to pursure higher education.

      Cons

      At the time I was starting at the company there was a lot of turnover which caused multiple issues with onboarding.
