      Pros

      The company is great at inclusivity, and flexibility with scheduling.

      Cons

      The company was very very slow during the onboarding process. It took several months to really begin working after I officially got hired. It would often take 1-2 weeks to hear back on emails from anyone, no matter how many times I followed up.
