The hiring process was completely online and was easy to access. From testing my computer setup to the interview process was easy breezy. They also had computer setup help which I did not even need.
The interviewer was nice and helpful and answered and explained all my questions.
Cons
Depending on your connection speed the interview might be a bit choppy.
