Pros
When hired, it really seemed the general attitude was professional, well organized, good benefits, just genuinely seemed to care even receiving severance pay after being let go mid-training.
Cons
The employees that were supposed to be “training” us were completely careless about the product education we should have been receiving, (in fact I educated another trainee who did not know what a ground strap was or what it was for, as the trainer just sat there.. oblivious to what was transpiring before him) He just seemed to be there to pass the time and put extremely minimal effort, if that.. into ensuring that we understood the product. I distinctly remember one individual laying back in his chair, throwing a racket ball in the air the ENTIRE training session. * When the “higher ups“ learned of my poor test scores it was humorous, to say the least - to see him jump to attention, move to another “trainee” and pretend as if he had been working with him prior to their arrival. Looking back, the fact they put no accountability on his behalf & placed low test score blame entirely on me makes me think less of the company & more of myself now. I’ve always beat myself up over that but after leaving this review I feel much better about the experience and I’m letting it go, knowing I am worth far more. Thanks!
