Pros
They will work with whatever schedule you want. No weekends.
Cons
1. Been working for 2 months. Paid me only once. Supppsed to pay every 2 weeks, and has not paid since my first paycheck. They've missed 2 paychecks days. 2. Thinks contract they make you sign only applies to you, and not them. Examples: First started working, illegally did not pay me for 1 month because of a banking mix up, reason was that payment is on an automatic system set to pay out on certain days, so they wouldn't do it. Regardless of whether information is wrong or whether the system is on an automatic schedule, under contractual law, they are legally obligated to pay. Another is a doctor's note for sick leave. Wanted me to go out the same day to get a doctor's note when I was sick with the flu. Threatened to withhold pay if I didn't. Nowhere does their own contract say sick notes are needed, or any note for that matter. Withholding pay is illegal. If you work, you get paid for your time, not paying someone for their work is slavery. Have to pay for own gas and supplies.
