I recently joined Scrum Alliance, and in just a short time, I can confidently say it has been the perfect fit for me. From day one, leadership has shown an incredible level of trust, allowing me to take ownership of my work while still providing support whenever needed.
The company has a strong, well-structured foundation, but they remain open to new ideas, which creates a great balance of stability and innovation. The team is incredibly welcoming, taking the time to explain their roles and how we all collaborate, while also giving me the autonomy to operate independently.
One thing that stands out is how much they truly appreciate their employees. Even in my first few days, I received a $150 credit to enhance my remote work environment—just one example of their commitment to employee well-being. Monthly recognition and ongoing support from management make it clear that people are valued here.
Additionally, Scrum Alliance is set up exceptionally well for remote work, making the transition seamless. Overall, this has been an amazing start, and I’m excited for what’s ahead!
