      The people are all like minded, and want to provide there customers with the best product that is possible.

      Cons

      I have no cons, they are truly spectacular to work for, everybody gets along with eachother. All employees have same values and goals.

      Easy work environment, people that are easy to get along with.

      Cons

      They don't pay well, generally it's not what you know its who you know and how well you get along with them that determines your pay.
