Pros
- 9 - 5:30 Monday to Thursday - 9 - 4:30 Friday - Nice equipment to work on. - While they try to micromanage you there's alot you can do on your own. - Salary was good for the local area. Go for this place as stop gap if you can avoid the start up politics.
Cons
- If you don't gel with your team you're shunned. - Nepotism is rife with those who say the right things getting ahead of others. - People awarded with the title of "Manager" when they're not really managing anything than their own workload. - Certain people in the workforce are glorified mouth pieces who speak over everyone else, one or two in sales and another one in operations. Small start up vibe dictates that you can't complain about these people or you'll be found out. They run the show. - Company focused on achieving positive EBITDA instead of Happy Employees who feel safer to work from home but cant' speak up.
