A fresher with no experience & in desperate need of work can consider to temporarily work here other than that there is no one good reason to be working here.

1. Worst company culture.
2. No work/life balance.
3. You cannot expect fair play from any of the seniors.
4. Less focused on work & more concentrated on playing politics.
5. Seniors try & get personal with every other new comer.
6. Waste of energy & time on reporting unethical behavior because, they don't take any necessary action even upon repeated complains.
