Poor Management - Host/Hostess SeaGate Beach Club Employee Review

Lack of communication among managers. Lots of turnover. They tend to hire H1B1 so they don’t have to pay the minimum wage. Also questioned why I was quitting when I gave multiple reasons such as scheduling and now on my ADP app it states “terminated” which is a complete lie!
