Pros
My workplace frequently switches between subcontract companies, sometimes as often as once a year. Of all the companies I've switched through, Seabrook was by far the best. Seabrook's communication is easily their best feature. Their pay, benefits, and other typical business matters are competitive and above average in most cases, but they really shine when it comes to taking care of their people and keeping them informed & happy. They go WAY beyond what's "expected" for reaching out, answering questions, providing information and updates in a convenient and timely manner, and just making sure that you have everything you need.
Cons
Not really a con, but Seabrook is based in Alabama, but they handle several contracts in other states, so you may never meet the team in person. Their phenomenal communication makes this a non-issue, but it would be nice to see & thank them face-to-face.
