Great people worked here. Yes, that is in the past tense for a reason. MANY, many very excellent employees have been let go in the past 5 years. The majority were long time and loyal employees. RIF after RIF after RIF... we kept being told that the last one was the last, then they RIF'd again.
Management keeps getting richer with salaries and bonus payouts, while no or minimal raises given to employees. Bonus payouts had restrictions on performance of company... no such restrictions on Executives or Board.
New CEO made it quite clear he hated IT and would get ride of almost all of it in US... and he did with the backing of the new CIO... the CEO basically forced out the prior CIO.
