Unqualified Asst, Controller is extremely paranoid and will make your life hell. She was only promoted because she is Controllers little buddy. She did not have the CPA qualification needed for the position, but the Controller got around that rule. All the other managers who have CPA's and were qualified for the position all know that they will never move up. All of the positions are so limited that no one is able to gain enough experience to make them marketable in a general job search. The company had to go outside itself to find a Controller because they don't allow employees to grow to that level.
