Pros

Working for this company has changed my life in more ways than I can count. Every day I wake up excited to go to work, to see my teammates, and to work as hard as I can. I feel heard, valued, and important to the company...which is hard to say from any previous job I had. Past jobs made me feel cornered and that my voice didn’t matter because they were already ‘set’ in their ways. The CEO is present EVERY DAY with every area of the company. Asking each employee what they think or what will make this company stronger, because he generally wants to hear your opinion. He listens and engages, taking every small recommendation into account; never holding back if there is an opportunity to grow and improve. I have never seen a manager let alone the CEO, be so approachable and open and in sync at all times. Because this energizer bunny never sleeps when it comes to his team or his company. The team here at Seamless.AI is strong and bonded. Employees are friends, creating a warm and comforting environment. We help each other out instantly, without having to go through a ‘ladder of command’; simply ask who you need (CEO/Sales/Marketing/CS/Dev team..whoever) and they will help you out right away. We challenge each other with work and challenge each other at play. We have a Ping Pong table that is fiercely played every day, put-put, billiards, basketball, football and did I mention the Gong and DJ booth? We are fast pace and all wear multiple hats. No time to sit around or check your Facebook/Instagram. We do what it takes but the rewards are amazing. You go home at the end of each day, feeling accomplished and self-fulfilled. There is always room for growth and opportunity, and there is NO CAP IN SALEs positions. We challenge you to be better and make more than ever before. Everyone believes in this company and believes in our CEO. It shows with the irrevocable dedication the team gives every day...and that is something you just don’t see anymore.

Start-up life might not be for some, as it is fast-paced and high energy.

Pros

- can be a fun work environment with good peers that are other sdrs - learned how to talk on phone

Cons

- stresssful work environment - fires all of their sdrs or lays them off - terrible higher management above the SDR managers - terrible data and expects sdrs to figure it out - gives no help above upper management - ceo and upper management post “don’t lay off employees that don’t produce, the churn and burn doesn’t work” yet THEY CHURN AND BURN. They don’t even know what’s going on in their own company. - constant stress about getting fired the next month - a lot of threats about getting fired
