Pros

Seamless.AI has given me the experience of a lifetime. It's truly amazing to have the opportunity to lead at team in my mid-20s. Hard work here really pays off! Our culture is positive and close! Our quota is reasonable and the pay is exceptional. There are multiple growth opportunities here. I myself have been on two different sides of our org and continue to push forward and grow. Anyone here is all hands on deck. I can reach out to my VP, my CEO, Sales Director, Ops manager, etc. at any time to discuss or hear feedback. We are all high energy and positive in every move we make....collectively as a team. We are all working towards to same goal together. Interesting sales dynamic compared to my previous sales roles in the past which was a mentality of "eat or be eaten". Lots of talent from a lot of different places here. So cool in a work from home environment. I get to connect with people from all across the United States! Work and family life is incredibly important to me, especially having a toddler. We are flexible at Seamless and believe in a work- life balance. This is actually one of my top 3 reasons why I chose this company!!

Cons

We are a start up, so there is changes and adjustments that we make as we move forward. To me that is part of the fun here, but I could see that could be a possible adjustment from a previous role.

Pros

- can be a fun work environment with good peers that are other sdrs - learned how to talk on phone

Cons

- stresssful work environment - fires all of their sdrs or lays them off - terrible higher management above the SDR managers - terrible data and expects sdrs to figure it out - gives no help above upper management - ceo and upper management post “don’t lay off employees that don’t produce, the churn and burn doesn’t work” yet THEY CHURN AND BURN. They don’t even know what’s going on in their own company. - constant stress about getting fired the next month - a lot of threats about getting fired
