- If you want a challenge and a vehicle to prove yourself, Seamless is the way to go. Not only is the product great to sell, but I genuinely believe any business operating with both inbound and outbound teams needs this - Great team and culture - Monthly company wide meetings to celebrate everyone's success - Ability to grow in this company is very incentivizing - Awesome management and training provided - Competitions allow everyone to have fun and exceed their potential

Cons

N/A - put in the work. Don't be lazy. You'll be equipped with everything you need to succeed. Some people aren't just cut out to be an SDR. It's a high volume and numbers game. You perform, you reap the benefits.

Pros

- can be a fun work environment with good peers that are other sdrs - learned how to talk on phone

Cons

- stresssful work environment - fires all of their sdrs or lays them off - terrible higher management above the SDR managers - terrible data and expects sdrs to figure it out - gives no help above upper management - ceo and upper management post “don’t lay off employees that don’t produce, the churn and burn doesn’t work” yet THEY CHURN AND BURN. They don’t even know what’s going on in their own company. - constant stress about getting fired the next month - a lot of threats about getting fired
