Pros

Not much I can think of other than the other SDRs being really awesome people to work along side of.

Cons

Head leadership is awful, they “ramp quota to 40” when the industry average is 20 and if you don’t hit quota they boot you. They make you do role plays in front of a zoom of 200 people not always but they’ll pressure you for sure. Some SDRs get special lists for them that others don’t get and those same people are at the top every month and everyone who’s on their own with no list has the same expectations. The whole time I was there everyone thought it was shady. If you reas this before taking a job there just know you shouldn’t.

We agree that we do have an awesome team of SDR's! Our training team is awesome too! We have them in place specifically for the reasons you outlined - to help those with little experience learn, grow, and excel in their sales career. We do have reps regularly able to hit or exceed their goals, and we do careful calculations to set those goals. If you have more specific information we should know about regarding list sharing, please reach out to our HR team directly.

Pros

- can be a fun work environment with good peers that are other sdrs - learned how to talk on phone

Cons

- stresssful work environment - fires all of their sdrs or lays them off - terrible higher management above the SDR managers - terrible data and expects sdrs to figure it out - gives no help above upper management - ceo and upper management post “don’t lay off employees that don’t produce, the churn and burn doesn’t work” yet THEY CHURN AND BURN. They don’t even know what’s going on in their own company. - constant stress about getting fired the next month - a lot of threats about getting fired
