We strive to be completely transparent during the interview process regarding job duties, day-to-day, performance expectations, etc., as we don't want anything to come as a surprise after joining our team. Since we are a fully remote company, we use Zoom regularly throughout the day as a way to collaborate and stay connected with our colleagues. SDRs specifically use Zoom rooms as a way to bond with their team and improve their skills. We clock out when taking breaks from work as required by law, but it is not part of our policy to clock out for a restroom break. Our zoom experience is meant to be high energy and fun - not to micromanage the team. Thank you for sharing your experience.
