Pros

Working at Seamless has brought immense opportunities to me. Every door I have knocked on has been answered. I have worked in several roles in a few different departments now and have been allotted the professional and personal growth I strived for as a young professional to really build my resume and experience. Being fully remote, the HR/ People team really do their best to provide as many opportunities to bond and engage as possible, given the unique dynamic of not having a true HQ. Daily team standups, annual companywide events and competitions, quarterly all hands, tons of interest groups to join - really great stuff for such a small startup and with the people and resources they have. There's little more you could truly ask for and I really love the band of coworkers, colleagues and the community I have built here in Seamless.

Cons

Benefit coverage could be a little better. Hearing the voices of our VPs more/ having more of their presence. Merit pay increases/ promotions.

Pros

- can be a fun work environment with good peers that are other sdrs - learned how to talk on phone

Cons

- stresssful work environment - fires all of their sdrs or lays them off - terrible higher management above the SDR managers - terrible data and expects sdrs to figure it out - gives no help above upper management - ceo and upper management post “don’t lay off employees that don’t produce, the churn and burn doesn’t work” yet THEY CHURN AND BURN. They don’t even know what’s going on in their own company. - constant stress about getting fired the next month - a lot of threats about getting fired
