Pros

We've brought in some new CS leadership and are already seeing positive results. Managers, team leads, and directors are very approachable and always willing to help out. They do lots of ongoing training sessions that are both unique and informative so you can get the job done. At Seamless you will never have to worry about not having the resources to do your job. New to CS role here but have already learned a great deal about sales, account management and driving strategic value for customers. Culture team always has fun initiatives to make things fun and introduce you team members in other departments.

Cons

You will need thick skin from time to time. Occasionally you'll have to have tough conversations with customers about contracts and terms of service. Some customers will try and play hardball with you on contracts. Seamless brought in a great solutions director to help assist you handle those types of meetings. It's on you whether or now you want to use their resources.

- can be a fun work environment with good peers that are other sdrs - learned how to talk on phone

Cons

- stresssful work environment - fires all of their sdrs or lays them off - terrible higher management above the SDR managers - terrible data and expects sdrs to figure it out - gives no help above upper management - ceo and upper management post “don’t lay off employees that don’t produce, the churn and burn doesn’t work” yet THEY CHURN AND BURN. They don’t even know what’s going on in their own company. - constant stress about getting fired the next month - a lot of threats about getting fired
