Senior leadership is seemingly wildly incompetent
The gtm motion is broken. the majority of opps booked come from a cold call where a person is bamboozled into thinking they're getting super qualified magical AI sales leads for free when theyre really showing up to a sales call to purchase data.
SDRs are targetting prospects completely outside of their ICP ie companies that have no need for contact for data bc they dont have any outbound motion in place. the proof of this is in the high churn rate
When top line revenue drops sr leadership decides to just hire more sales reps thinking that automatically means more overall sales not taking into account the economies of scale or considering new channels/ ways to generate leads/ revenue
The product has not been improved at all since 2021. virtually zero new integrations, features etc.
