Pros
I was given the opportunity to work here in a newly created role and team at a time when the CEO was very hands on with the recruitment process. I was lucky to report to a manager who I had a great relationship with. She was positive, hard working, motivating, honest, kind, and was always a real person with her team. Anytime I received feedback from her I always valued it and felt it was coming from a place of her genuinely caring about her team and their success. In addition, I was impressed by the large companies that Search Solution Group had partnerships with. Their client base was pretty impressive and they knew and focused in on their niche areas very well. My time here was short lived and the only reason I left was I was offered a job back with a former employer. As a side note, the former Account Manager reviews here are fake as that was the team I was on and everyone that was with that team since it started is still there.
Cons
There are a lot of negative reviews here specifically about the CEO. My honest opinion is that this job being a sales based job, in no matter what role you have, is not meant for everyone. Sales based production numbers based jobs are difficult and some people naturally thrive in them and others aren't cut out for it. The people that worked here that are in management and are successful all paid their dues like everyone else by hitting the phones and working long hours. All the leaders I regularly interacted with always gave me great advice and had great industry knowledge that I respected. Like I said in my title of this review "you get out what you put in" it's very true!
