Pros

Made some great friends, unfortunately they have all quit and those that haven’t are looking for other jobs.

Cons

Before I start, the CEO is NOT who they have listed on here. The CEO is Jeremy Gnozzo. Jermey changed his name on here so he wouldn’t be held accountable for these reviews. Please google SSG and you will see who is the founder and CEO of this company. I’m not allowed to say his name on this site, but please do your research. Working for this company has been the worst experience of my life. I endured and witnessed bullying, abuse, manipulation, gaslighting, lying, racism, sexual misconduct, zero work life balance and so much more on a daily basis. Let me start by saying, what they tell you during your interview and what is actually expected of you are two completely different things. I was told I would make $15,000 in commission in one year and after 8 months of working my butt off, I made $96 in commission. I was doing 3x the workload with more and more added each day. I was also told I would be able to grow within the company and then a few months later told that wasn’t an option unless I picked up and moved across the state. This company, or should I say partners, are also extremely unethical. My job was to literally pitch an imaginary candidate to a company in need, in hopes that they would PAY us for that imaginary candidate who doesn’t exist. I spent all day everyday lying to hundreds of people. Oh and if you pay SSG to fill an open role for your company, the chances of that happening are slim to none. SSG has a very low success rate with filling open positions. After 8 months with the company none of mine were filled. Upper management is a nightmare. They hire young, inexperienced people who are fresh out of college so they can groom and manipulate them. They hire these types of people because they *think* we don’t have enough work experience to know we’re being abused. Jermey and his wife Ashley (who is substantially younger than him and started out at the bottom of the company and is now a partner) are 2 of the most controlling and narcissistic people I’ve ever met. They are bullies who HEAVILY micromanage the entire company. We are expected to answer both of them at all hours of the night and if you even think about not responding they’ll fire you. Everyone has to tip toe around them. If you didn’t have anxiety before working here, you can be sure you will once you do. In the eight months I worked for SSG, over 16 people in my position quit. That’s not even including the other positions in the company who left. SSG’s turnover rate is HORRIBLE and it speaks volumes as to how bad this company is to work for. There are wage gaps of more than $12,000 between employees who have the same amount of experience, working the same roles. We have tried to address the wage gaps and are told we aren’t allowed to talk about pay or just flat out ignored. Don’t even get me started on how much Jermey and his wife take home each month. They bully you into doing all the work for them and then take all your money and hoard the wealth for themselves. Please, please believe these 1 star reviews. Theses kinds of reviews have been left for years. We have nothing to gain from leaving them. Everyone is trying to save future people from the pain we had to endure working here. Oh and by the way….the recent 5 star reviews are either fake or left by people who have a gun held to their head. If they tell you to do something, you have to do it. So keep that in mind. Jermey is a narcissist and a sexual predator. There have been multiple allegations of sexual misconduct in the workplace on his part. He has a blog in which he speaks so incredibly disgustingly about women. It is sickening that this man is able to get away with what he gets away with. This site won’t even allow my to quote what he wrote on the blog because the language he uses towards women is so inappropriate. If he is saying these kinds of thinks publicly, online, just imagine what goes on behind closed doors. With that being said, I urge you to rethink working for this company if you are in the interviewing process, as well as getting out while you can if you’re already working their. Employees of SSG are victims.

Pros

A great place to build your career. The leadership team encourages new ideas and gives employees the opportunity to take ownership and make an impact. If you're willing to work hard and contribute, your voice will be heard and your ideas can become reality.

Cons

The environment is fast-paced and performance-driven. There are times when longer hours and occasional after-hours work are needed to meet goals and support growth.

Pros

An Incredible Company That Truly Cares About Its People Search Solution Group is an exceptional place to work. Over my nearly ten years with the company, I have primarily worked remotely, and management has consistently provided me with everything I need to succeed. What truly sets this company apart is that leadership genuinely cares about its employees. A few years ago, I had to take medical leave for over a year. The support and empathy I received from the entire organization during that difficult time was truly humbling. When I was ready to return, the team worked diligently alongside me to ensure a smooth, seamless transition back into my role. The leadership team has built a culture that champions hard work and grit, and the entire workforce feeds off that positive energy and dedication. I couldn't be prouder to be a part of this team.

Cons

This can be a highly challenging industry if you aren't willing to put in the time and effort required to succeed. Success here demands a high level of intrinsic motivation; effort and dedication are baseline requirements, and they can't be taught.
