Pros

Nothing at all...really nothing Might earn some money? But if you are good sales person you can earn a lot of money in anywhere

Cons

-No ethics (Sexist, Elitism, Insulting..) -Dress code is super strict (Do manicure, earrings, heels, Female must wear skirts, eyelashes...etc) - CEO will scan your dress and give comment u are pretty or handsome.. -Company pantry.....is....no joke one (Drink Kopi with insects. They dont spend single money) -Company culture is bad.. bad.. SUPER BAD -Paying penalty if you quit before probation or you retrieve your contract (when they offer the position they will pressure you to sign at the spot so that u cannot change mind) -High turnover rate (This might be the reason why they dont give confirmation to staffs although they complete 6months probation and hit the target. I am sure they dont want Gov inspect this company cause so many people quitting.) - NO MC...no medical insurance if u are still under probation (Anyway they dont want u to use MC) - Nobody leave on time (8:30am~5:30pm working hrs?? Nope... come at 8:30am and u dont know when u can go home. If you go home on time they will look at you as if you are crazy) - No work life balance at all - Force you to come every Sat (they will spot check u or call office or... your collegues will report to manager if you are not appear) -Pls see other bad comments about this comany before you join....

Hi, We would like to clarify on the point made that our Associate Consultants are performing "free labor" as suggested in the review. This is a frivolous claim because firstly, our Associate Consultants are paid on per hour basis and the company makes full Employer’s CPF contributions according to the prevailing CPF Act and all other applicable and mandatory statutory contributions. Secondly, it is also the company's practice to brief all potential candidates on the responsibilities of the Associate Consultant during the interview prior to starting work. Thirdly, a Mentor (usually a Senior Consultant in the company) is then assigned to each Associate Consultant to teach them the ropes of the business. We acknowledge the fact that different individuals will have different learning capacities and we endeavour to do our best to equip our consultants with soft skills necessary to manoeuvre on the job. If you would like to share more about your experiences with us, please contact me by emailing feedback@searchasia.com.sg so that we can set up an appropriate time to talk. Thank you!
