Poor - avoid. - Anonymous employee SearchFlow Employee Review

I had a very successful career at SearchFlow until the senior leadership team changed. Staff are not treated as adults but as children. Managers cannot make decisions without 'direction' and therefore micro managed. Very much a battery hen environment. My experience of HR and the management was poor. They are biased and do not follow their own policies. Communication is poor and as a result a lot of skilled staff left or if their face didn't fit, pushed out. Avoid at all costs for the sake of your health, sanity and career!!!!
