Pros
The employees overall are really nice and everyone appears to be proud of the work they're doing. During the pandemic transitioning to WFH was seamless. The workouts with a personal trainer were definitely a plus.
Cons
If you work here even for a short while you'll quickly see favouritism among the c-suite. They're not shy about it either. Nepotism is also an issue with a particular senior leader being a misogynist and nothing is done about it. The office culture is very bro-ey and it has ultimately created friction with the female employees. There were a few instances of female employees being harassed or mistreated by a fellow male colleague and at least of those times the owners tried to silence the situation by separating the two into different teams. Word spreads around the office fairly quickly when something like that happens. This isn't a place to grow your career, this is just a place to help pay the bills. The employee reviews are nonsense, they provide no constructive criticism nor the tools needed to help you improve your skills.
