      Pros

      The Hoffman Estates office is extremely relaxed and friendly - however the constant layoffs make it a very stressful job. Even just a few years ago it was an ideal job in a good company - but now, not so much.

      Cons

      Constant layoffs and store closings. It is not a good feeling walking in to work every day not knowing if today will be the day you get fired.
