Pros
Good people, great help, and awesome sales experience in a wide variety of departments. Work life was balanced and combined well with school goals and unexpected events.
Cons
Not enough incentive to move up in the company. More outside hires for upper level management positions. Pay was lower than other similar companies unless you are in the right department selling the "right" merchandise.
