Pros
Flexible and adjustable schedule. Sears allows you to set which days you are available to work each week and organizes your schedule around your preferences. You are also able to pick up additional work easily by taking open shifts and sub-requested shifts. Friendly working environment. Coworkers are helpful and happy to cover any sub-requests if needed. Communicative staff. The staff are always on-call with immediate response time if any issues arise at a client's location that you are unsure of how to approach. Great pay. While most entry/starter jobs offer close to minimum wage, Sears has a great base pay for their new hires and returning employees. Self-bossing. As long as the work is done orderly and thoroughly, much of your time is self-managed and you call the shots on what you do with your down-time.
Cons
Clients. Some people who arrive at your location show little regard for you or the other clients at your pool and address you with that view. You are obligated treat all guests with respect and kindness, but if guests are being unruly or disturbing the peace you are also obligated to deal just action.
