The office turns over personnel on a DAILY basis. Owner is an outright uber-bully who, in a real company with real-world HR policies would have been brought up on charges by now. You will not last long under his constant personal insults, profanity-laced accusations as he blames you for his own incompetent errors. The man is a disorganized mess, constantly screws up his project coordinating and YOU will be blamed for it. And don't try to defend yourself - you will only receive more of his wrath. The job billed itself as a pleasant work environment and applicant should have a sense of humor". I guess the humor is the irony of that claim as the environment is as humorless and miserable as any wake I've had the misfortune of attending. Oh, and let's not forget they lie about the starting salary, and don't want be bothered informing you of the entire compensation package including benefits, paid time off etc., all of which are awful, as you will be expected to work every holiday from March thru November with no vacation permitted during their "peak season".
