Pros

All of the staff is friendly and it doesn’t feel like work when I’m there. The staff gives off good vibes and encourages everyone to be better while helping each other grow.

Cons

Sometimes it can get crazy behind the line with all of the tickets, but that’s wherever you go to cook.

Pros

Regulars, steady business, good pay. Daily tip payout was great for a steady stream of income rather than weekly/bi-weekly paycheck. Hours were reasonable and kitchen almost always on top of things for consistent food. Private events were seamless and coordination between BOH and FOH was one of the best I’ve worked in.

Cons

Performance Based Scheduling made for an interesting dynamic between staff and managers. There were clear favorites and undesirables amongst management. EGSS (Guest Surveys) was held against us heavily and swayed much of managements attitudes towards staff.
