Good working environment, very collaborative approach, fosters a positive culture of sharing ideas and voicing opinions regardless of role or hierarchy. Team is filled with passionate theatre-lovers. Plenty of opportunities to carve your niche. Fun socials every couple of months. Was there for a very happy couple of years!

Occasionally too much bureaucracy that got in the way of getting on and doing, but this was continuously being tweaked and improved while I was there.

It's a small but growing start up so you may be stretched but this is a good thing as gives you lots of opportunities to learn new skills!
