-Location is far and they charge you for transport, if you miss the shuttle bus, good luck to you. -Upper manager is literally useless, only point fingers but does not solve any problems. -No work life balance, you are expected to attend meeting at night 9pm, but no compensate will be given, you are still expected to report to work next day 8am. -Double standard, Operation related personnel does not get WFH, while other department has WFH. Different rules for operations and corporate staff. -Sunset industry, many wanted to leave but hesitant to quit because of job market is bad. -Salary increment and bonus is pathetic compared to the increment and bonus that upper management gets. -Pay you market rate and overload you like crazy. -No coffee breaks and whatsoever, You have 1 hour of lunch break but you are expected to be at your work desk 10mins earlier as if we are at jail. -Disrespectful working environment, you have egoistic colleagues that will shout and bang tables. -Turnover is extremely high, those that stayed are literally pioneer in this company that works 20+ years which waiting for retirement,
