Seattle safety is a small company so there are a lot of opportunities to be involved in the entire design process from concept to production and installation, and usually for entire systems not just components. Its a good place for people who like to be hands-on to some extent and work on lots of different things. Flexibility and work life balance tend to be pretty good. And management has been actively trying to make it a better place to work.
