      Pros

      Tier 1 Help Desk. Not the best position, but that's the case industry-wide. The onboarding process was chaotic, but once you get in it's a pretty chill company.

      On boarding was very long.

      Very helpful supervisors, very friendly staff.

      I really can't think of any (I don't get the best pay, but I'm subcontracted to another company, so your results may vary)

      Pros

      The team was great while working there. Unfortunately they’ve all been laid off since the company went bankrupt.

      Cons

      Management is directionless and disorganized. Changes company directive every 6 months.
